Building Management
Similar to the system commonly adopted in the USA, residential apartment buildings are usually managed collectively by the owners acting through a condominium. In Hungary, condominiums typically appoint a house manager to whom tasks such as building maintenance and cleaning, rubbish management and preparation of condominium accounts are outsourced. WICLO has been appointed as house manager in buildings where its investors have significant proprietary interest.
Tenant Management
WICLO sources and manages tenants for its investors as well as individual clients; responsibilities include ensuring timely payment of rent, dealing with tenant complaints and resolving practical problems as soon as they arise.
